1. Design and Modeling

Based on paleontological research, we collaborate with a professional team to design digital models of electronic dinosaurs using 3D modeling software according to customer needs. This digital model serves as the foundation for subsequent production, showcasing the dimensions, posture, and motion trajectory of the product.

2. Framework Construction

A sturdy frame is the backbone of animatronic dinosaurs. Steel bars are cut and welded to form the skeletal structure of a simulated dinosaur, and the frame is treated with a rust-prevention coating to ensure durability. Afterwards, the motor and transmission device are integrated into the control system, and users can input custom dinosaur motion commands. After the framework and system are completed, we conduct thorough testing to ensure smooth and accurate movement.

3. Sponge Shaping

After filling and covering the frame with high-density sponge, the sculptor uses carving tools to shape the sponge, carving out the muscles, contours, and details of the dinosaur.

4. Texture Hot Pressing

Using advanced thermoforming technology, dinosaur scales, wrinkles, and even scar textures are hand-carved onto sponges to complete the initial formation of animatronic dinosaurs.

5. Silicone Adhesive Tape

We apply silicone and scrape it onto dinosaur skin. Then, we wrap a layer of nylon socks and apply multiple layers of silicone. This increases the skin’s resilience, ensuring that it can withstand daily use and various weather conditions while maintaining the integrity of its texture.

6. Painting

According to the skin color specified by the customer, the Animatronic Dinosaur will be sent to our studio, where it will be painted with high-quality pigments to achieve a realistic and lifelike effect.

After completing all these processes, we conduct further testing to ensure that all details are accurate before proceeding with packaging. Afterwards, we use the transportation method specified by the customer to deliver the goods to their hands, helping them create a wonderful and unparalleled dinosaur experience.
